Melanie is passionate about building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative environment. Beyond her recruitment expertise, she is a dedicated advocate for women in leadership. For the past seven years, she has volunteered for Women in Super and is currently the Deputy Chair for their Vic Committee. Women in Super (look them up!) is a non-profit organisation that works to improve women’s retirement outcomes by advocating for a super system void of gender-based inequality.
