Due to phenomenal growth in the business we are offering an exciting opportunity for a HR/Business Degree Graduate looking for experience and exposure to Recruitment to join our dynamic, fun and progressive team of consultants. 

The role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained on the full 360-degree recruitment process. This is an amazing opportunity to join a business with an established training program, learning the ropes from the very best in the industry. Trained with both recruitment theory and hands on experience from day 1, you will work to support your peers initially with the view to progress to full ownership of your role. Working as a Recruiter requires extensive business development, relationship management and customer service skills. The role is varied, and you can expect to get involved with the below.
Duties and responsibilities-
  • 360 degree recruitment involves candidate phone screening, job posting, cold calling clients and candidates off a database, client generation through new business (phone and face to face), attending client meetings, conducting candidate interviews, managing the interview process, contract negotiation and post placement follow up!
  • This is primarily a phone and meeting based sales role in your first 12 months, you will work towards daily and weekly targets to achieve results
  • Specialise within a particular sector, and focus on growing a candidate and client pool within that space

• Graduate of a HR/Business related degree
• Serious focus on developing your career in the recruitment industry
• Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills
• Business acumen with the confidence to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
• Keen to contribute new ideas to a rapidly developing business
• Professional and ethical nature- a desire to work to best practice
• Strong customer service skills
