COMPANY BACKGROUND
With a customer-centric approach, this large insurance player has continued to go from strength to strength in a highly competitive market. To scale with this growth and improve their customer experience they have been undertaking a group wide transformation for new and current members

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operating as a specialized BA, your focus will be to support the implementation of a new OCR (optical character recognition) software within the group. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Work with developers to understand needs and progress
  • Advise and manage expectations of key stakeholders
  • Document processes and guidelines for future use
  • Liaise with other project members including SME’s, Product Owners, Project Managers and Designers
  • Create user stories and manage product backlog
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Our client is seeking an experienced BA who has a developed understanding of OCR (optical character recognition) and its integration within a big enterprise environment. Whilst not a must, working within the insurance and / or health industry would be advantageous
