Service Desk Analyst - $65K base

This global player in the health industry needs to bring another 1st & 2nd level support engineer into their team. The team provides internal support for their staff who span the globe.

The environment is classic modern Wintel: desktops & laptops, AD, Exchange, basic networking, hardware, peripherals, Office365, VMWare, ITIL, Remedy, Windows 2016 server. The more experience you have with that lot, the better.

They also run a number of in house built applications (developed and built locally) that you'll also support as a basic level.

A lot of the support is remote and phone based. Hence you need great communication skills and a good sense of customer service.

The support group operates from 7am thru to 9pm, Monday to Friday. You need to be able to work across the entire window - you only do 38 hours across the week but there will be occasional 7am starts and 9pm finishes.

They are close to the trains in the airport line. Easy location to get to (especially if you're in the South or West of Sydney).
