Business Analyst - Data Migration

COMPANY BACKGROUND
With a customer-centric approach, this large insurance player has continued to go from strength to strength in a highly competitive market. To scale with this growth and improve their customer experience they have been undertaking a group wide transformation for new and current members

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operating as a specialized BA, your focus will be to support a critical data migration project for a imminent document management implementation. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Work with the data migration team to understand needs and progress
  • Analyse existing document management system
  • Create detailed templates to ensure smooth migration
  • Drive the data migration to meet critical deadlines
  • Advise and manage expectations of key stakeholders
  • Document processes and guidelines for future use
  • Liaise with other project members including SME’s, Product Owners, Project Managers and Designers
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Our client is seeking an experienced BA who has extensive and detailed data migration experience specifically working with a document management system e.g. sharepoint, docuware etc. Any industry background will be considered for this role but you must be available to start immediately
