Service Delivery Manager - $120K base

The company

A global heavyweight of the finance space, growing their footprint in the Australian Market. They have a strong & growing client book, and need to add a Service Delivery Manager to the team to best manage them.

The role

The position is very much a classic Service Delivery Manager role, managing the relationships with their clients, and liaising with internal technical groups to streamline & improve services. SLA monitoring; problem, incident & change management; reporting; some project management;  they'll all be core facets of the role.

More critically though, we're looking to engage people who are good at establishing & managing the personal relationships that are so critical to building long term partnerships and trust.

Your background

You'll either be sitting in an SDM role now or a very similar position now. You'll know ITIL and know it well (you'll almost certainly be ITIL certfied), have a great handle on problem, incident & change management and reporting.

You'll also be a real rapport builder. Someone who can build credibility quickly, but also has a bit of spine. You need to be able to hold your ground while maintaining a relationship.

Experience in the financial services/payments space would be a real bonus.
