The company

The role

You'd be the 4th member of the 1st & 2nd level support team. You'd be doing a blend of face to face and phone based support for internal users.

The technology stack is very current: Windows10/Azure/Office365/Skype for business. And the environment is ITIL, and is well managed and well run.

The successful individual

Will ooze customer service and have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). We also are looking for someone who will go the extra mile, and has the insight to identify patterns in the issues being raised and make sure the root cause is being addressed.

You'll also have experience working in IT support. It doesn't matter if that's a phone based support environment, or more of a face to face setting - the attitude & communication skills are key.
