Business Development Rep (Software)

Role
My client is a hyper growth software firm who have recently expanded in to the Sydney market. They are looking for a hunter focused Business Development Rep to expand their growing sales team. You will create, manage and execute their sales strategy by engaging with a multitude of businesses from SMB to enterprise level and identify/drive new partnerships.

Salary: $65,000 base + super with uncapped OTE’s of $80,000 (year 1)

Requirements
  • Cold calling businesses to book meetings for the BDM
  • Motivated to exceed targets and expectations
  • Tenacious, hungry and driven at all times
  • Keen to learn new things and want to develop personally
  • Highly skilled in active listening, communication, presentation and negotiation
  • High level of business acumen and emotional intelligence
  • 1 year+ experience in B2B sales
  • Bachelor degree (preferred)
