Billings Officer

The Role

As a full function billings officer, your key tasks will be focused on issuing invoices and inputting billing notes. You will deal with multiple stakeholders both locally and internationally, the role is heavily phone based. You may be required to help with ad-hoc project work, process improvements and be assigned other tasks if required.

Key responsibilities include
  • Review and manage daily, weekly and monthly billing extracts as required
  • Collect all necessary information required to calculate bills receivable
  • Ensure accuracy of data input of final bill
  • Identify any errors or discrepancies on billing matter
  • Review and action customer credit requests
  • Prepare and raise invoices
  • Respond to customer queries
  • Other ad hoc duties
Criteria required

To be successful in this role you will need +2 years’ experience in a billings position. You will have strong communication skills both written and verbal, along with great attention to detail and accuracy. The ideal candidate must be willing to work both autonomously and as a team.
