About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a high performing Customer Success Manager to join my clients growing team based in Sydney.  We are looking for a talented person to drive engagement with clients, ensuring the full value of their powerful software solution is realized for our APAC customers.
The business is growing daily, working with industry leaders across a range of sectors and countries around the world. Exponential growth here in APAC is driving the need for a customer success superstar to help our customers get the very best out of our solution.

  • Project management during implementation of solutions
  • On boarding, training and ongoing support
  • Embed client solutions and ensure they achieve maximum value from the application
  • Establish trusted relationships and support stakeholders within client organizations
  • Educate clients on solutions and the benefits they provide
  • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
  • Influence future lifetime value through efficient product adoption, client satisfaction and overall health scores
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify, nurture & grow opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and client references
  • Facilitate company-wide customer feedback loop

Skills and experience
  • 3+ years' experience in client support roles for software solutions
  • Capable working in a technical software support environment
  • Adept at integrating software solutions into the client's business processes
  • A self-starter who can demonstrate high resilience and independence
  • Proven ability to communicate well with client-side decision makers and system users
  • Ability to work at operational levels within the client organization
  • Possess professional demeanor to build, maintain and enhance client relationships
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a cross-functional team
  • Strong empathy for clients and passion for revenue and growth
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Experience in either Power BI or other reporting tool, or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
