Our Strategic Account Managers are key players in leveraging technology to improve our clients’ needs around the world. They are directly involved and responsible for working with some of the most well-known companies on the planet.

A successful Strategic Account Manager can find potential clients, build a strategic funnel and sales plan, and close the most complex clients that we work with. Your needs will vary based on industry and business model. Being able to solve problems independently and with the aid of internal departments and partners is key to this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Manager, Regional Sales to identify and renew agreements on key accounts
  • Manage the project development and rollout plans both internally and externally
  • Deliver a final product that meets all of the aspects laid out in the agreement with the client
  • Work with the Client Success Team for a smooth handoff
  • Help develop a complete training program for future EAM’s
  • Build out internal procedures to create synergy and success between departments
  • Work with the Enterprise Sales Team to ensure accurate closing procedures
Skills and Experience
You will be great for this role if you are/have:
  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales specifically working with large complex corporations
  • CRM and funnel management skills
  • Able to approach sales critically
  • Able to prospect leads, cold call, and build long lasting business relationships
  • A proven track record of success and exceeding goals
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • An independent and self-driving sales engine
