Over 10 years ago, a multinational company launched in Australia. The company specialises in digital engagement software, customer experience and content management software and they offer bespoke solutions and insights to their client base. 

Over the years, they've been through truly organic growth.  They're still growing by numbers and also by ways of technology and vision. They're restructuring their engineering team and transforming to a SaaS model, which is being led by technical product owners (with engineering backgrounds).

The company shares a vision of cutting-edge technology, DevOps, code-first, automation, collaboration and ownership. 

The Role 
As an experienced passionate Agile Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for efficient product delivery, whilst contributing to the improvement of the overall organisations delivery processes. You will further assist in developing and maintaining great team dynamics, and help individuals grow both personally and professionally.  In addition to coaching, you will utilise previous delivery experience to help support the teams with a pragmatic Agile framework that works in line with the company’s best practice.

The Skills
    • Strong understanding of Agile principles and values with the ability to coach them with a team
    • Skilled in agile and lean methodologies with a pragmatic approach in the delivery
    • Able to work under pressure whist ensuring a stable team performance.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organised
    • Proven experience working in digital and tech projects.
    • Growth mindset with an aptitude to constantly want to learn 
    • Seeking to push forwards and go beyond your comfort zone
    • Ability to be hands on and get involved with the teams at all levels
    • Impartial view on teams
    • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to help remove roadblocks
