Business Process Analyst

COMPANY BACKGROUND
After a recent merger, these two leading fintechs have joined to become one of the market leaders. As a result of the merger, they are looking to on-board an experienced BA with a strong process improvement background to play a key role in the integration

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct and lead workshops with stakeholders across both businesses to gauge and understand existing process improvement issues
  • Document current and future business processes and models
  • Define solutions to tackle current problems
  • Deliver process improvement solutions across the group collaborating with relevant stakeholders during delivery
  • Produce monthly reports to keep senior management informed of process
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who has demonstrable experience in driving process improvement projects. You must be a confident communicator who has worked previously with robust, senior stakeholders. Payments experience whilst not mandatory would be desirable
