Group Finance Manager | 12 month parental leave cover

Macquarie Park based, this opportunity would be perfect for a Big 4 second mover who seeks a diverse role within a high-performing and dynamic team. 

The role will be a 12 month parental leave cover within a large, national organisation. The role will see you working in a group-finance capacity, providing support to the Head of Finance in providing accurate and timely financial reporting to aid in business decision making. 

Amongst other things your role responsibilities will include:
  • Preparation of monthly financial and management reports
  • Supporting the implementation of a new ERP system
  • Completion of monthly, quarterly and annual tax compliance including income tax, FBT and BAS returns
  • Maintenance of budgets, forecasts and fixed asset register
To be successful in this role you will be CA / CPA qualified, ideally Big 4 trained. You will be adaptable and agile in your approach to work, with a willingness to take on ad hoc projects. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships. Prior experience working within an ASX-listed organisation and application of IFRS will be highly regarded.
