Agile Coach / Chapter Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Overseeing, providing feedback and coaching Chapter members to improve knowledge and expertise, and better serve Squads in delivering value
  • Removing roadblocks and impediments so squads within a tribe can deliver against a committed plan and ensuring long term corrective actions are in place where needed
  • Support any Agile Transformation Activities, this could include design / launch, squad launch, new product / initiative inception, BRP etc. 
  • Advancing the work of the squad based in item in the backlog and prioritise set by the Product Owner
  • Work closely with Stakeholders - Agile Practice and Tramsformation team members, Tribe Leads and Chapter Leads, Product Managers / Owners, line managers and external Vendours. 

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
You will be a pragmatic leader who is comfortable with change and ambiguity, with a background of having to think on your feet. You will demonstrate ability to drive cultural change within a fast-paced delivery environment and will have 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master and Agile coaching for projects / teams in digital environments. You will have a passion for learning and developing people to improve their performance, knowledge and expertise.
