Process Analyst Lead

We have partnered with a leading global services organisation who is currently on the market for a Process Analyst Lead to ensure the team are providing support for crucial Contact Centre projects. You will be responding to operational problems, identifying business improvements and working closely with stakeholders to understand and challenge business needs. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain a customer first mindset to reach outstanding customer service solutions
  • Gather, document and review business and process requirements through to sign off
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify gaps in skills and knowledge and recommend innovate knowledge management solutions
  • Lead and implement, or participate in various projects as defined by management from time to time, including continuous improvement initiatives

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will have a natural ability to lead and facilitate a team environment with a background in a Lead role, as well as a strong track record of gathering, assessing and documenting business/process requirements. You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, the ability to negotiate and also strong influencing skills. Previous Salesforce user experience and project management experience will also be highly regarded.
