Process Analyst

We have partnered with a leading global services organisation who is currently on the market for a Process Analyst to provide support for crucial Contact Centre projects. You will be responding to operational problems, identifying business improvements and working closely with stakeholders to understand and challenge business needs. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain a customer first mindset to reach outstanding customer service solutions
  • Accurately document and effectively communicate business requirements and process impacts
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify gaps in skills and knowledge and recommend innovate knowledge management solutions to support the customers experience
  • Proactively consulting with key stakeholders across the business regarding knowledge management design and content based on best practice design standards and business trends

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will have a strong track record of gathering, assessing and documenting business/process requirements. You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, the ability to negotiate and also strong influencing skills. Previous Salesforce user experience and project management experience will also be highly regarded.
