My client is looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to support the portfolio management office.

The Project Coordinator's role is expected to provide excellent professional and customer service. In addition to working well with others and time management, you must work well independently and have excellent critical & analytical thinking. You will have a technical background to ensure our key project tools are running optimally, requirements include: 
  • Previous experience in a Portfolio Coordination/Support/Specialist role
  • Demonstrated aptitude for stakeholder and customer engagement 
  • Personal drive and ability to achieve results in a challenging environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Flexible approach to work tasks
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, performance measurement and metrics
  • Highly numerate and analytical
  • Expert user of project management software tools like Clarity PPM
  • Proficiency with project management and Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Key responsibilities include: 
  • Subject matter expert on project tools (Clarity PPM, JIRA, Confluence)
  • Responsible for ensuring the system is running optimally, and referring issues to the software vendor where necessary
  • Point of contact for any questions regarding the project tools and the ability to fix any errors or difficulties stakeholders are having
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Actioning Portfolio services inbox items
  • Providing training to new starters on system tools
  • Manage Portfolio Management content repository (Confluence) and ensure it is up to date with current information that aligns with our processes and procedures in CA PPM, JIRA and Confluence
  • Creation and maintenance of framework documentation, templates, how to guide / quick reference guide
  • Support of Agile Framework governance across Foxtel
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the communities of practice
  • New hire setup and coordination and manage the onboarding for employees and vendors
  • Support management of resource allocation and relevant processes to ensure allocations are accurate
  • Support implementation of frameworks and best practices to enable effective management of the portfolio
