Business Analyst - Process Improvement

Within their specialism, this property group have established the largest portfolio across Australia. Not wishing to stand still, they have continually invested in both their internal and external operations to ensure they stay ahead of the competition. To assist on this journey, they need an additional Business Analyst to handle process Improvement throughout the group. 

  • Perm role, offering up to $120k + super 
  • Sydney CBD with very flexible WFH options

Requirements of a Process Improvement Business Analyst include:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong stakeholder engagement/management skills 
  • Great communication, gravitas and ability to influence 
  • Pristine documentation skills
  • Experience running workshops
  • Lean/Six Sigma experience is a nice-to-have 
  • Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall environments 
  • Experience with MS Project/Jira/Trello or similar tools 
  • Strong experience with business transformations
  • Proficient in SQL and MS Excel
