They are operating a WFH hybrid model. Two days a week in the office, 3 days a week WFH.
The roleThey are growing & expanding their data center based server environment: Windows servers, running on Dell boxes, largely virtualized with HyperV.
The role is a mix of design, build & support.
Virtualization is a must have. If your background is VMWare, that's OK, but any experience/knowledge of HyperV would be a big bonus.
This is an on prem environment. Public cloud experience is nice, but we want to know you're comfortable working in a data center.
Obviously your Windows will need to be strong. Your networking should also be solid. A bit of Linux would also be nice (though not essential)
It's also important you're a good fit for a friendly, down to earth culture.
